Why PW360?

 The PW stands for "Phenomenal Woman" and the "360" represents every aspect, and every experience that has shaped who you are today. You are 360 degrees of a phenomenal woman ready to be set free and become the woman you could not see. All things work together for the good of them who love God and are called according to His purpose.

Our Community

We are highlighting, uplifting and empowering women to identify who they are and their purpose. Building a community where women from various backgrounds, experiences and ages can grow spiritually and emotionally through programs, books, insightful messages and partnerships with other organizations. 


The purpose is to celebrate everyday women doing life and speaking into the total woman; mind, body and soul.  Join us in this journey of self-discovery and empowerment. Be a part of a community that supports and encourages each other to reach new heights. 

My Journey

Tiffinnie Alston is the founder of PW360, LLC. She has always been passionate about helping people achieve their goals. After years of working in the corporate world, she realized there was more to life than climbing the corporate ladder. Her desire is to inspire, motivate and empower individuals and audiences to take action. She has a deep understanding of the challenges that come with being a wife, care giver, writer, playwright, ministering, starting and growing a business. She bring this experience to everything she does in order to help other women tap into their true potential, overcome obstacles and live their best lives.
